Refund policy
Applies to: Online purchases delivered to UK addresses. If you’re outside the UK, your local mandatory rights may also apply.
1) Your right to cancel (change-of-mind)
For most non-personalised products bought online, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason.
How to cancel
Email hello@smartphonefreechildhood.org with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
Once you’ve told us you’re cancelling, you have 7 days to send the items back.
Where to send returns
Condition of items
You may handle items as you would in a shop. We may make a reasonable deduction if there’s any loss in value caused by handling beyond what’s necessary to check the goods.
Return postage for change-of-mind
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. Please keep proof of posting.
Your refund

We refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

Refunds include the standard delivery cost you paid at checkout for the whole order. Upgrades such as express shipping are not refunded.

If you cancel only part of an order, outbound delivery isn’t refunded.
2) Items that can’t be cancelled/returned for change of mind

Personalised or made-to-order items (e.g., customised flyers with local details)

Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
3) Faulty or not-as-described items
If something’s wrong, we’ll put it right. Contact hello@smartphonefreechildhood.org within 10 days of delivery with your order number and details/photos. Depending on the issue, you may be entitled to a replacement, or refund.
For approved faulty returns, we will reimburse reasonable return postage or provide a prepaid label.
4) Delivery issues & damage in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can investigate with the carrier and resend or refund affected items.
5) Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original for a refund, where eligible.
