We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 24 hours of purchase, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery timeframes

Our standard services target delivery within 48 hours (2 working days) from dispatch for most UK addresses.

Remote locations, adverse weather, carrier issues, or peak periods may add extra time. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and, where available, tracking details.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, parcel size, and the service you select.

Order issues

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, or hasn’t arrived within 7 days of dispatch, email hello@smartphonefreechildhood.org with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or failure to collect, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional postage may apply).
